When will I receive my order?
We deliver within 3 -5 working days after the order confirmation. Since the delivery is handled by a third-party courier we can't give an exact date. They will reach out to you to check your availability before making the delivery.
Can I use a duvet without the cover?
Yes, you can. It is because, unlike many other basic duvets, our duvets are made with a stylish striped fabric outer cover and elegant finishing. But, we recommend you use a cover because it increases the lifetime of the duvet, is easier to clean, gives extra comfort, and gives the option to try out different colors.
What is the difference between luxury duvet and the classic duvet?
The luxury duvet comes only in white with 200 GSM thick padding. Classic duvet comes in several colours with 150 GSM thick padding. Also with classic duvets, you get 2 free pillowcases.
Can I customize my order?
